Aqua Mansarovar Water Park

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for tickets, bookings, and services purchased from Aqua Mansarovar Water Park & Resort.

By purchasing tickets or booking any service, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. General Ticket Policy

  1. All entry tickets purchased online or offline are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  2. Tickets once issued cannot be exchanged for another date.

  3. Partially used tickets will not be refunded.

  4. No refunds will be provided for denial of entry due to violation of park rules.

2. Cancellation by Guest

  1. In case a guest is unable to visit on the selected date, tickets will not be refunded.

  2. Date changes may be allowed only at the sole discretion of management and subject to availability.

  3. Group bookings, school bookings, or event bookings may have separate cancellation terms mentioned at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation by Management

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  1. If the park is fully closed due to government orders, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies.

  2. If a booking is canceled by Aqua Mansarovar Water Park due to operational reasons.

In such cases:

  • Guests may be offered a rescheduled date OR

  • A refund may be processed after management approval.

4. Weather Conditions

  1. The park operates in various weather conditions.

  2. Temporary closure of specific rides due to rain, maintenance, or safety reasons does not qualify for a refund.

  3. No refunds will be issued due to weather changes after entry.

5. Resort Room Bookings (If Applicable)

  1. Resort booking cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to be considered for partial refund (if allowed).

  2. No refund will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.

  3. Refund eligibility for special packages or discounted bookings may vary.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  3. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Guest misconduct or violation of park rules

  • Medical conditions preventing ride usage

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Crowd levels or waiting time complaints
