1. General Rules
Entry to the park is permitted only with a valid ticket or authorized pass.
All guests must comply with park rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance at all times.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without refund.
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, sharp objects, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
2. Ticketing & Entry Policy
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by management.
Entry fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Children below the specified height/age (as defined at the ticket counter) may qualify for special pricing.
Guests may be required to present valid identification upon request.
Re-entry may not be allowed once a guest exits the premises, unless authorized.
3. Safety & Ride Usage
Guests must follow all posted ride instructions and height/weight restrictions.
Certain rides may not be suitable for pregnant women, senior citizens, or individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other medical concerns.
Aqua Mansarovar Water Park shall not be responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
Proper swimwear is mandatory for water attractions. Inappropriate clothing may result in denial of ride access.
Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior within the park premises is strictly prohibited.
4. Personal Belongings
The park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Lockers may be available for rent subject to availability.
Guests are advised not to carry valuables inside the park.
5. Weather & Operational Changes
Certain rides or attractions may be temporarily closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or operational reasons.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for temporary closures of rides or attractions.
The park reserves the right to close the premises without prior notice in case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography & Media
By entering the park, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes.
Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior written consent from management.
7. Damage to Property
Any damage caused to park property due to negligence or misconduct shall be recoverable from the responsible guest.
Legal action may be taken for vandalism or unlawful activities.
8. Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the park.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless permitted for medical reasons.
Management reserves the right to inspect bags at the entry gate.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Guests enter and use park facilities at their own risk.
Aqua Mansarovar Water Park shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained within the premises except where caused by proven negligence of management.
Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
